RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

Our Tough Cookies strive to provide quality products and excellent service to our customers. However, if your order doesn't fit you as well as you had hoped, you are free to return it to us.

But first,

Please take note:

  • Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days to submit a return request to info@toughcookieapparel.com and your returned item(s) need to be received by us within 14 days.

  • Upon receiving our email about your return, kindly include your order number and complete the return slip before mailing the item(s) back us to via a tracked method. Do retain the receipt along with the tracking number until we notify you that we have received your return item(s).

  • Please check your junk mail! We hope our email doesn't end up in a cyber black hole.

  • Our Tough Cookies will not be liable for any loss of mail if you opt for normal postage without a tracking number.

  • If you are returning your item(s), they must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags still attached and hygiene stickers intact for bottoms.
    (Trying them on it totally fine!)

  • We reserve the rights to reject the return if the apparels how any signs of being over-stretched, stained, washed, without tags/hygiene stickers etc.

  • Return postage costs will not be reimbursed, unless the garment is defective or damaged.

  • All exchange/returns will be done via mailing only.

  • Sale items are not applicable for return/exchange unless they are damaged.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding the initial shipping cost.

  • Apparels purchased from any third party will not be accepted for any return.

  • Credit voucher should be used in one transaction, as any excess amount will not be refunded.

DEFECT / INCORRECT ITEM(S)

We are so sorry if there is a defect or if we sent you the wrong item(s) as we take pride in providing quality apparels for you because you deserve the best.

Please let us make it up to you:

  • Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days to submit a defect/incorrect return request to info@toughcookieapparel.com and your returned item(s) need to be received by us within 14 days. Please include some photographs for reference.

  • Upon receiving our email about your return, kindly include your order number and complete the return slip before mailing the item(s) back us to via a tracked method. Do retain the receipt along with the tracking number until we notify you that we have received your return item(s).

  • Please check your junk mail! We hope our email doesn't end up in a cyber black hole.

  • Our Tough Cookies will not be liable for any loss of mail if you opt for normal postage without a tracking number.

  • Your item(s) must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags still attached and hygiene stickers intact for bottoms. (Trying them on it totally fine!)

  • We reserve the rights to reject the return if the apparels are returned without tags/hygiene stickers, show any signs of being washed, stained, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or handling.

  • Exchange will be duly declined if the conditions are not met.

  • Upon verification, we will reimburse you for postage/shipping fees incurred.​
     

  • An exchange will be made if we sent you an incorrect or defective item. However there is strictly no changing of item or colour unless the exact piece is out of stock. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

  • Defective/incorrect apparels purchased from any third party will not be accepted.
